3 Purpose of personal data processing

Personal data is collected, processed and used by the happy@harmony online store for the purpose of delivering customer orders, managing customer relationships, administration, remote sales and customer contact.

4 Data content of the register

The register can contain personal data according to the following categories: name, address information, (separate billing and delivery), phone number, email address.

5 Data sources of the register

The regular data source for the register is the information collected from the customers themselves on the checkout and registration pages of the online store. Personal data is collected and processed in the online store, invoicing, accounting and e-mail.

6 Transfer of data and data transfer outside the EU or EEA

Information stored in the register is not, as a rule, disclosed outside the company, nor outside the EU region or the EEA. Third parties to whom it is necessary to disclose information in order to process orders are Posti and payment service providers.

7 Principles of registry protection

The register is stored electronically and properly protected from outsiders with firewalls, passwords and other generally accepted technical protection measures in the field of information security. Only identified employees of the registrar and companies acting on behalf of the registrar may have access to the personal data contained in the register with access rights granted by the registrar.

8 Right of inspection

As a general rule, a member entered in the register has the right to check his/her data stored in the personal register and to ask the registrar to correct his/her incorrect data. The inspection request must be requested in writing from the relevant registrar.

9 Correction of register data

Without undue delay, the controller must, on his own initiative or at the request of the registered person, correct, delete or supplement the personal data in the register that is incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated in terms of the purpose of the processing.
