Terms of delivery

Online store

happy@harmony (Kirsi Holmstén, VAT number FI14932511) reserves the right to change prices and delivery costs. If one of the products you ordered is not available, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. Please note that the online shopping basket does not reserve products from the warehouse until the order has been paid for.

NOTE!
In order to avoid the back and forth transportation of products and the resulting environmental burden as well as financial costs, we hope that you make thoughtful purchases. We are happy to help you choose the right product.

Delivery

Usually, order processing takes 1-3 business days and delivery takes 1-3 weeks. You will receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking number when we have processed your order. After this, the shipment is transferred to our logistics partner. With the tracking number, you can follow the status of the delivery in Posti's application.

We charge an order-specific processing fee of €9.90/order for package deliveries. We do not charge a delivery fee for orders over 100 euros.

  • Small package from the post office

As a rule, the package is delivered as a Posti small package directly to your home address.

You will receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking number when we have processed your order. After this, the shipment is transferred to Posti. You can use the tracking number to follow the status of the delivery.

happy@harmony is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by delayed delivery.

Payment

You can choose a credit card or one of the Finnish online banks as a payment method. Safe payment authentication services are available online.

  • You must identify yourself online with your bank ID or a separate ID from the bank. Payment takes place on our partner's website, we do not process payment card information.

Return of products

You have the right to cancel the distance sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The product to be returned must be unused and in salable condition and the packages must be intact.

The decision to cancel must be notified by email at info (at) happyatharmony.fi

If the value of the goods put into use has decreased or it has become unsaleable due to use, the customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the product or the entire value of the product.

We process the return and refund the original product using the same payment method that was used when placing the order, when the product has arrived back to us.

Please note that not picking up the package is not an accepted way to return the order. We charge the customer a €10 handling fee for uncollected shipments that are returned to us, which is deducted from the refund to be returned.

Return fee

We charge a handling fee of €9.90/order for returns. When you return the product or all the products in the order, you will get your money, excluding the order-specific return processing fee. The payment will be returned to the original payment method. If you used a gift card to pay, we will return the value to the gift card when processing the return.

Return instructions

The products must be returned no later than 14 days after receiving them.

Please pack the products carefully in the original or equivalent packaging and deliver to a Post office or machine or letterbox (max 3cm thick).

Ask Posti for a receipt for the return and keep it for at least three months. The receipt is proof that the shipment has been transferred to Posti for transport.

Gift cards and their use

If the gift card does not cover the entire price of the ordered products, it is possible to pay the difference between the value of the order and the gift card using one of our accepted payment methods.

The gift card can be redeemed and its value can only be used when placing an order before sending the order. The gift card cannot be exchanged for money, and no interest accrues on the value of the gift card. You can redeem gift cards and use them at happyatharmony.fi

We handle customer data confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or for clarifying any ambiguities arising in it. Please familiarize yourself with our privacy statement.
