Refund policy

Return fee

We charge a handling fee of €9.90/order for returns. When you return the product or all the products in the order, you will get your money, excluding the order-specific return processing fee. The payment will be returned to the original payment method. If you used a gift card to pay, we will return the value to the gift card when processing the return.

Return instructions

The products must be returned no later than 14 days after receiving them.

Please pack the products carefully in the original or equivalent packaging.

Ask for a receipt for the return and keep it for at least three months. The receipt is proof that the shipment has been transferred for transport.
